Pre-call intake
Complete a brief form (project stage, modality, target, species, timeline, what you're stuck on). Optional NDA link if needed.
Discovery call
We align on scope, deliverables, and timeline. You receive a proposal and optional paid Sprint checkout (or manual invoice in MVP).
Review & deliverables
We perform the independent protocol and PK/PD risk review and deliver a clear report with findings and recommendations.
